Settlement between Khadijah Khanum and her husband, Jaʻfar Quli Khan Sari, 1931
Khadijah Khanum settled her mahr, which includes water use and properties from the farms in Chahar Charik village, with her husband, Jaʻfar Quli Khan Sari for 3500 tumans, of which she received 450 tumans and 2550 tumans is the price of part of a property and two-sixths of a mill. Dated April 5, 1931. On the margin, Khadijah Bayg Layk has verified the content of the settlement and confirmed the receipt of 450 tumans.

Marriage contract of Khvurshid Khanum Sari and Haj ʻAli Quli Khan Ashtari al-Nakhaʻi, 1934
Marriage contract of Khvurshid Khanum Sari, the daughter of Haj Husaynquli Khan, and Haj ʻAli Quli Khan Ashtari al-Nakhaʻi, the son of Haji Mustafa Khan, on October 17, 1934. The mahr includes a Qurʼan (worth 40 rials), which was given to the bride, seven shares of the 23 shares that the groom owns, and that 23 shares is the shared ownership from the whole 53 shares of water and properties and water usage in Khalaj village. The total value of the properties mentioned is 20000 rials.

Settlements related to Chahar Charik village
The first settlement, between ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar and his two sons, Haydar Quli Khan and Jaʻfar Quli Khan, exchanges properties, some of which belong to the mother of ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar, for six mans [each man equals three kilograms] of wheat and 12000 dinars. These properties include some farms and what ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar owns from the mills, garden, pastures etc. in the village of Chahar Charik. It was also settled that for thrity years from the time of the contract up, all the profits from the three villages mentioned will accrue to ʻAli Aqa Yavar Khan and, after his death, to his two...
